VENDOR FEES & REQUIREMENTS

• Vendors are required to provide their own commercial fire-rated tent, tables and other setups, chairs, lights and decorations for their booth setup.
• Electricity may be available on a limited first-come, first-serve basis. Additional charges will apply.
• It is recommended that all vendors have a back wall banner that covers a minimum of 6 feet when hung as well as a front top banner with their business name and logo on it. Our preferred banner partner is Pflugerville Signs located at 1002 W. Pecan Street, Pflugerville, TX. who will offer our vendors EXCLUSIVE pricing on high-quality banners that are made to last for years with the proper care.

Booth Regulations:

 

• Tents must be NFPA 701 compliant and have proof of compliance attached to the tent fabric from the manufacturer.
• All food vendors, including out of town mobile vendors/trailers, must have a current health permit.

Booth Safety and Stability:

 

• Vendors utilizing pop-up tents must ensure booth stability by using appropriate weights or anchors. More information about required weight may be found by visiting the Austin Health Department.

Food Trucks/Trailers:

 

• All vehicles musts be properly licensed and permitted by the Austin Health Department
• Gray water must be disposed of at a locally-approved facility
• All other rules and regulations required by the Austin Health Department, the Austin Fire Department and the Texas Department of Transportation must be adhered to at all times.

Event Information:

 

• Vendors will receive detailed instructions regarding load-in/load-out procedures, and any other essential event information TWO WEEKS prior to the event.

RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

 

To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all, we ask that every guest, vendor, and participant adhere to the following guidelines:

• • Zero Tolerance for Aggressive Behavior
    Abusive, threatening, bullying, or belligerent language or actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Individuals engaging in such behavior will be immediately escorted off the premises. Law enforcement may be contacted if deemed necessary and as allowed by law.

  • Pet Policy
    Pets are permitted. Owners are responsible for keeping their animals on-leash at all times. Pet owners must immediately clean up any of their  pet's fluids or excrement. Violators will be escorted off the property and will not allowed to return.

  • Outside Food & Beverage
    No outside food, drinks, coolers, or cold packs are allowed. Don’t worry—we’ll have a diverse range of food trucks and vendors on-site offering delicious food, snacks, and beverages throughout the day.

  • No Alcohol from Outside Sources
    Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Vendors with proper permits will be available for those 21+.

  • Disruptive Conduct
    Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event. Repeat violators will be banned from future events.

  • Firearm & Safety Policy
    All firearms must remain concealed at all times. All local and state laws regarding concealed carry at private events will be strictly enforced to prevent unnecessary alarm or disruption.

  • Right to Refuse Entry
    Event producers and authorized agents reserve the right to deny admission to any individual deemed to pose a threat to the safety, peace, or well-being of staff, participants, or attendees.
